2013年7月18日，有关漂浮休闲产品的系列参考标准EN15649于2017年10月1日起标准更新为EN ISO 25649（1-7部分）发布在欧盟官方公报上。EN15649于2017年10月1日起标准更新为EN ISO 25649系列标准协调到2001/95/EC基本安全指令，并于2013年8月7日生效。
